A historic merchant house in Kawagoe's old town district, originally established as a timber merchant "Tandoku" in 1869 (Meiji 2). All structures are available for filming, including the main residence, annex, warehouse, tea room, open-air bath, pavilion, and a 200-tsubo dry landscape garden. The property features diverse spaces such as Japanese rooms, verandas, and Western-style guest rooms, and is utilized for weddings, lodging, and tea ceremonies.
