ZIG TOKYO — Setagaya, Sangenjaya A private home on ~660㎡, a piece of contemporary architecture with a museum-like glass façade. More than half the site is left as wild garden — a Karuizawa villa landscape in the middle of the city.
Andō Tadao Gallery off Omotesandō Hills — Shibuya, Jingūmae A gallery space by Tadao Andō behind Omotesandō Hills. Exposed concrete, white walls and a mortar floor across a ground floor and basement — quiet, exacting, unmistakably his.
SHIBUYA QWS Scramble Hall — Shibuya A 200-capacity event space on the 15th floor of Shibuya Scramble Square, directly connected to the station — and a new vantage for overhead shots of the Shibuya Crossing itself.
co-lab-canvas Villart — Suginami A designer rental studio ten minutes from Higashi-Kōenji. Exposed concrete and mirror in the ground-floor main studio, a flooring multi-space above, and a void that drops dreamlike daylight through both.
Studio Badw — Shinjuku, Yotsuya An industrial, stylish house studio three minutes from Yotsuya. A refined kitchen space anchors a sharp, design-led set of rooms.
Woolly — Chiba, Yachiyo A studio built to feel like a small overseas wine bar — antique windows, furniture and props, a mini-kitchen, a daybed and a long ceiling-height ladder for atmosphere.
VILLAGE III — Yamanashi, Hokuto, Kiyosato A 1979 resort hotel reborn as a glamping site. Tree-wrapped and elegant, with a big fireplace and antique furniture in the lounge, plus a chapel and terraces lit by natural light.
